The service
Ocala Permits, operated by Gary Tantanella, emails subscribers a daily list (around 7 AM Eastern, business days) of newly issued building permits in Marion County / Ocala, Florida, filtered by trade and ZIP code. Data comes from Marion County public records; we can't guarantee it is complete or error-free, and delivery may occasionally be delayed.

You may request one free sample list for your ZIP codes. No payment card required.
Subscription & billing
The subscription costs $99 per month, billed in advance each month through our payment provider, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing gary@testedbygary.com. Cancellation stops future charges; service continues through the paid period.
Refund policy & 30-day guarantee
If you don't land a lead from the list within your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Outside the guarantee, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Use the lists for your own business outreach and follow applicable laws (including telemarketing, do-not-call and anti-spam rules). Don't resell or redistribute the lists.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

We may update these terms with notice by email or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
