Ocala Permits ("we", "us"), operated by Gary Tantanella, provides a daily email of new building permits. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), trade and ZIP codes you choose. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

To send your permit emails, provide your free sample, handle billing and refunds, and respond to you. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run the service (such as payment processing and email delivery), or when required by law.

Permit data

Permit information in our emails comes from Marion County public records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing gary@testedbygary.com.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date here.
